SWPLL Annual Meeting

The location for the meeting will be the Old Market Pub (in the rear private meeting room).

All league members are welcome to attend.

During the meeting we will hear an update from our President, the Treasurer will review the 2024 financials, and we will elect the Board of Directors for 2025.

Open Board Positions (discuss, recruit, recommend)

ii. UIC
iii. Umpire Scheduling
iv. T-ball Coordinator
v. Postseason Coordinator
vi. Coaches Coordinator
vii. Communications

If you have any interest in a Board position or other volunteer position, please attend. Serving on the SWPLL Board is a great opportunity to help improve and strengthen the league for the future. All league members are eligible for Board positions; below you will find more information about specific positions that currently do not have candidates. Some positions already have volunteer candidates, however, all board positions are open for nominations.
