Meeting Minutes

Southwest Portland Little League normally holds its Board Meeting on the second Sunday of every month. There are a few exceptions to this general rule.

July is skipped because of all the playoff activity
Holiday weekends push the meeting back one week

Unless otherwise arranged, Board Meetings are held at Round Table Pizza, 10070 SW Barbur Blvd. beginning at 6 PM. These meetings are open to the public. All families with childern in the Southwest Portland Little League program are encouraged to attend.

The Annual Meeting is normally held in June each year. In addition to reviewing activities from the last 12 months, the new Board of Directors is elected at this meeting. Those wishing to be involved should make their desires known before this meeting.
