Like any other non-profit organization, Southwest Portland Little League relies
on the generosity of its member families and sponsors to create a successful
season for the kids. But we are also sensitive to the affordability of
playing AND to value families and sponsors receive in exchange for their
support. SWPLL dropped the requirement for all players to sell various products in 2007 in exchange for an increase in registration fees. That was done because over 90% of families opted out of the activity in favor of paying a fee. The registration increase was less than the opt-out fee which leaves the league looking for other opportunities. We are looking to forge agreements with area restaurants to make up the difference. As those agreements are finalized, we will post links to coupons in the left index of this page. This effort will only be successful if families utilize the coupons. We encourage you to return here often and utilize these opportunities. We appreciate your continued support.
